The unit where the burnt down Co-Op is situated is the site in question. The plan is to construct 3 smaller units. The only concern is, will the occupiers of those shops improve or detract from the community and facilities. Since Alcohol will be sold in Co-Op anyway, the concerns are parking, additional traffic, litter, and any business that will encourage people to loiter outside the shops causing noise and or any other anti-social behaviour.
