All user groups/lets please note that during the period of the hire Murieston Iniative except no resposability for loss or damage to any item. User groups/lets are responsable for hall security and any health and saferty/child protection issues relating to their use of the hall. Hall users are also resposable for ensuring that the hall/room is clean and tidy and that all furnishings are returned to their place of storage. Therefore, please allow time for the setting up and clearing of the hall/room. Thankyou.
Payment
Payment for hall hire should be made no less than one week prior to booking and should be made separately.
Please enclose an additional cheque for £50 made out to Murieston Initiative as a cleaning deposit.
(This cheque will be destroyed when the Hall is left in a clean condition)
